Parking: Please be advised that all car parks should be pre-booked directly with Reception ($15/ night) with max 1 carpark per apartment, subject to availability.

PLEASE NOTE: Please note that Oaks Queenstown Shores Resort is currently refurbishing the interior and exterior of one of our blocks. Work will be carried out between Monday-Friday during working hours. We anticipate this undertaking will present little if any disruption to hotel guests. We apologise for any inconvenience.

A shuttle bus service is available for guests to and from Queenstown. Bookings are essential. Please see reception for operating hours. Subject to availability.

Mini room servicing daily. This includes: rubbish removal, replace tea towel, replenish tea, coffee, sugar & milk, replenish dishwashing powder and laundry powder, make beds with existing linen, replace towels, bath mat and hand towel, replace amenities (toilet paper, shampoo & conditioner, body lotion, tissues).

Additional servicing can be organised through Reception at an additional cost. Guests staying 7 nights or more will receive a weekly service. Wireless internet connection is available at the hotel lobby and guests room.
